Pacing myself, I pushed through, and there, at the right edge of a room with a bench, lay a pilgrim’s body. A shiny object glinted in the sand – the third Simple Key. It felt more like a memorial than loot. I took it respectfully and wondered what doors it would open.



The Final Key – Jubilana’s Choral Shop

The fourth and final key came later, deep into the Choral Chambers. After activating the First Shrine in Songclave area, a new wishboard appeared with a Wandering Merchant wish. Completing that wish brought Jubilana, a traveling vendor, to Songclave. Her prices were steeper: 650 Rosaries. I wasn’t about to let that stop me. I farmed the big Reed guards near the Cogwork Dancers fight – top left exit of Songclave – until my pockets were overflowing. The key she sold was rusty, beautiful, and the last piece of my collection.



Now came the truly satisfying part: using those keys. Four locks, each hiding a unique treasure or entire area. I retraced my steps with keys jangling in my pocket, ready to unveil Pharloom’s best-kept secrets.

Simple Lock One – Deep Docks’ Early Access

The first lock I opened was in Deep Docks, a biome I reached early after beating The Marrow. If you drop down repeatedly while sticking to the right, you’ll find a small ledge with that telltale triangular keyhole – directly below the blacksmith vendor, if you’ve already explored. I inserted my key and watched the rusted door creak open. Behind it lay a high-difficulty area normally only accessible through Far Fields much later. It was brutal, but I snagged Craftmetal, Flea, and a Spool Fragment before retreating. Not recommended for the faint of heart!

My rewards were staggering: the Sharpdart Silk Skill, an Alchemist’s Assistant wish, a Memory Locket, and a secret path that let me jump to the Bone Bottom area and claim the Wanderer Crest. Simple Lock Three – Freeing the Green Prince
