The explosions can spread in vertical or horizontal lines, so I avoid standing on those lines. I can hit the bombs away with my needle, but I rarely bother because it is not necessary. His firework attack places five fireworks around the stage. These look intimidating, but they are also easy to avoid if I keep an eye on the floor. Later in the fight, Trobbio introduces a series of pyrotechnic blasts from beneath the stage. I simply move or dash away from any spouts I see rumbling. The damage radius is slightly larger than it looks, so I give those blasts extra space.

I also learned not to fear contact damage too much. Trobbio's special attacks deal two masks of damage, but running into Trobbio himself only costs one mask. A Safe, Patient Strategy
The best way I found to beat Trobbio is to keep my focus on his attacks and only strike when I have a clear opportunity. This is slower than playing aggressively, but it is reliable. I treat the fight like a recital: let Trobbio perform, watch the stage, and answer only when safe.
For healing, I wait to see what attack he is doing and then look for a clear window. Healing in the air on either far side of the stage is usually my safest bet. Those corners give me a little distance from the center-stage pyrotechnics and make it easier to react if Trobbio begins his spin. I also try to heal after dodging the tornado follow-up, because that is one of the moments when Trobbio has the longest recovery.
Reward: Claw Mirror and Tragedian Achievement
After I finally upstaged Trobbio, I received the Claw Mirror. This reward lets Hornet deal damage while Binding to heal, which opens up a more aggressive healing rhythm for later fights. It also creates a more convenient path to parts of the Whispering Vaults and unlocks the Tragedian achievement. The Claw Mirror is not mandatory for Act 2, but it is a nice boon if you enjoy using Bind. Even if Trobbio is not your first objective, the fight is worth doing for the utility and the shorter route.

Trobbio's boss fight is theatrical, but it is not unfair. The stage hazards can feel overwhelming at first, especially when fireworks, bombs, and tornadoes appear close together. Use the Grand Bellway Bench to shorten your return, equip the Reaper crest if you want extra Silk regeneration and range, and avoid the tornado above all else.
