I recently revisited the Little Nightmares 3 demo in 2026, months after the full game landed on October 10, 2025. The first time I played, I was not ready for how quickly the demo drops you into its suffocating atmosphere. The second time, I still flinched. The opening 30 minutes take you through a slice of the Necropolis, a place that feels ancient and hungry. A Monster Baby stalks the area, and if you are not careful, it will turn you into stone. That single mechanic kept me crouched behind cover far longer than I care to admit.

The Setup and Platforms
The demo is available on every platform the full game supports. I checked it on a couple of different systems, and the dread translated well everywhere.

The most significant change in Little Nightmares 3 is co-op. For the first time in the series, you can play online with a friend. I tried it with a partner, and the shared terror changed how we approached every room. We whispered about timing, pointed at shadows, and shouted when one of us got spotted. If you do not have someone to play with, an AI companion steps in. I also spent time with the AI, and it was generally helpful, though nothing beats a real friend panicking beside you.
Low and Alone
The two new characters are Low and Alone. They are best friends trapped in a nightmare, and they have to work together to escape. Their tools force you to think differently about the environment.
Low’s bow 🏹: reaches high targets, cuts through ropes, and downs flying enemies.
Alone’s wrench 🔧: crushes stunned enemies, smashes barriers, and manipulates massive machines.
During the demo, I solved environmental puzzles that required both tools. One moment had me shooting a rope while my partner waited below. Another had me smashing a barrier with the wrench while the Monster Baby closed in. These moments feel like the core of Little Nightmares 3: two small children using ingenuity to survive something enormous and wrong.

A New Developer, A Familiar Nightmare
The developer change is worth talking about. Tarsier Studios did not return for Little Nightmares 3. Instead, Supermassive Games took over. That name should sound familiar if you have played Until Dawn or any entry in The Dark Pictures Anthology. Supermassive knows how to build slow, creeping horror, and that experience shows in the little details. Bandai Namco publishing the game also feels natural because the publisher has worked with Supermassive on The Dark Pictures series.
I was relieved to find that you do not need to play the first two Little Nightmares games to understand what is happening. Little Nightmares 3 focuses on Low and Alone, and the story stands on its own. There are references for returning fans, but the demo did not overwhelm me with lore. The nightmare starts fresh enough for new players.
What About Tarsier Studios?
Tarsier Studios has not left the horror scene, either. The developer is working on REANIMAL, a new co-op horror experience with a moody atmosphere. It is set for early 2026 and will be published by THQ Nordic. Tarsier promises a more terrifying journey than ever before. REANIMAL is planned for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC, skipping last-generation consoles. That gives me another reason to keep my lights on this year.
For me, the Little Nightmares 3 demo accomplished exactly what a good demo should do. It made me curious, tense, and a little bit scared to turn a corner. The shift to co-op does not flatten the horror; it reshapes it. I found myself relying on Low and Alone’s tools, listening for the Monster Baby’s heavy steps, and holding my breath in the Necropolis. If you want a quick taste of why this series still works, the demo remains a strong starting point. Just do not blame me if a distant baby giggle sticks with you long after the screen goes dark.
With Little Nightmares 3 expected later this year and REANIMAL following in early 2026, horror fans have plenty to look forward to. That also means a lot of pre-orders, special editions, and day-one purchases to weigh. If you're anything like me, you'll want to grab these games without overpaying, and this price tracking tool makes that easier. It monitors price drops across major retailers, so you can wait for the right moment to dive back into the dark instead of paying full price the second a trailer drops.
Whether you're exploring the Necropolis solo or surviving the nightmare in co-op, a little extra budget flexibility never hurts. Let the price alerts do the hunting while you focus on keeping Low and Alone out of reach — and you might just find your next horror obsession for less.

Let me be real: when I first picked up the Broodfeast wish in Hollow Knight: Silksong, I assumed it would be a quick bug errand with a little reward at the end. Nope. This one sends you to a hidden swamp, demands a shopping list of monster organs, and forces you to rethink how you kill basic enemies. Even in 2026, the route still holds up, and the reward — a tool called the Longclaw — is absolutely worth the hassle if you like extra reach on your needle. Here’s exactly how I wrapped up this wish without losing my mind.
Finding the Huntress
The Huntress is not where you’d expect a quest giver to be. She’s parked in a small, maggot-infested swamp, and depending on your route, you might think you can reach her from Bilewater after dealing with Groal the Great. You can technically enter that way, but it leads to a dead end. The real path is through the Putrified Ducts.
When you come in from the top of that section, you’ll spot a Ductsucker roaming around. Take it out, then drop into the small gap below. That nasty infested water? That’s the spot. The Huntress’s hut is tucked to the east. Once you’ve found her, she’ll give you the Broodfeast request, but she won’t hold your hand about the details.
![[Obrázek: 6a7fae9f1559c83c682336da9yClksXT07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7fae9f1559c83c682336da9yClksXT07)
Collecting the Organs
The Huntress wants:
Organ Type
Quantity
How to Get It
Seared Organ
15
Use the Flintslate to burn enemies
Shredded Organ
35
Use the Cogwork Wheel or Architect Crest
Skewered Organ
10
Use the Longpin, Straight Pin, or Threefold Pin
The key thing to understand is that these organs come from ordinary enemies all over the world — but only if you finish them in the correct way. A normal needle kill won’t do it. You need specific tools.
Best Farming Spot: Grand Bellway
My favorite loop is in the Grand Bellway. There are two enemies right outside the teleportation station. Kill them with your chosen organ tool, grab whatever they drop, then run back into the teleport room and rest at the bench. Resting resets the enemies, so you can repeat this over and over without wandering all over the map. I did my entire 35 Shredded Organs here in one sitting.
🪲 Quick tip: If you’re using the Flintslate, keep an eye on your shards. Replenishing that fire effect can eat through your supply faster than you’d think.
Seared Organs
To get Seared Organs, you need the Flintslate tool. Head to the eastern portion of the Deep Docks. There’s a secret area at the top with a large drop into a lava pit — that’s where you’ll find it. Once equipped, your Needle basically becomes a fire hazard. This is fantastic for organ farming because you can hit enemies with fire without accidentally killing them with a normal needle first.
Shredded Organs
You have two solid options here, and both trace back to The Architect in the Underworks.
Cogwork Wheel: She sells this directly. Throw it, it rolls forward, and anything in its path gets shredded. It’s by far the easiest method if you just want to get the job done.
Architect Crest: If you’ve gathered 25 different tools, you can buy the Architect Key from The Architect. Use that key to the west, and you’ll be able to grab the Architect Crest. When you pogo, you can charge up a drill and slam down for serious shredding damage. It’s more setup, but very satisfying.
Skewered Organs
For Skewered Organs, the Longpin is your best friend. You can also use the Straight Pin or Threefold Pin, but I had the most consistent luck with the Longpin. It’s one of the earliest tools you can grab — just outside the western entrance of Bellhart in Shellwood. Keep in mind it has a bit of an arc, so throw from a little distance. Skewer ten bugs and you’re done.
Reward
![[Obrázek: 6a7faea85bbb8e339fee2bc1cD6ojMEJ07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7faea85bbb8e339fee2bc1cD6ojMEJ07)
Once you’ve got all 15 Seared, 35 Shredded, and 10 Skewered Organs, return to the Huntress in her swamp hut. She’ll hand over the Longclaw, a tool that extends the range of your needle’s attacks. Honestly, it’s one of those rewards that feels immediately good in combat. If you have the equipment space, throw it on and enjoy the extra reach.
Once you have the Longclaw equipped, you'll want to put it to the test in tighter corridors where that extra reach really shines — the Underworks and Deep Docks are both great places to feel the difference immediately. Even if you don't keep it equipped permanently, it's a solid backup for aggressive playstyles or for grind sessions where you want to clear enemies more efficiently.
If you're still working through the game's many tools and upgrades, or if a friend is on the fence about trying it, it's always worth keeping an eye out for sales and discounts — you'd be surprised how often you can find DealNest game deals that make expanding your collection that much easier on your wallet.

Why the 440 Six-Pack Still Spanks the 426 Hemi on the Street in 2026

Let me tell you a secret that’s been hiding in plain sight since 1969: the best Mopar street engine ever built wasn’t the mighty 426 Hemi. It was its blue-collar brother, the 440 Six-Pack. I know, I know—saying that feels like walking into a Mopar meet and badmouthing the sacred Elephant. But hear me out. I’ve been playing with these wedges and Hemis for over a decade, and in 2026, reality hits different. The Hemi is a legend, but on the street? It gets its doors blown off by a 440 breathing through three Holleys.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba16c84d7c8ffe3c0deaBFCv9cl407]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba16c84d7c8ffe3c0deaBFCv9cl407)
The 426 Hemi helped Chrysler dominate NASCAR, drag strips, and our dreams. It powered Daytonas and Superbirds into immortality. But here’s the dirty truth: the street Hemis were detuned to the point of being lazy downstairs. They wheezed off the line and disappointed many a lead-footed hero. Stock for stock, the fastest factory muscle cars of the horsepower wars didn’t have a Hemi under the hood. They had a 440 with three two-barrel carburetors. That’s not hyperbole—that’s record books.
By the time 1969 rolled around, Chrysler figured out that the 440 needed more air. Enter the A12 package: lightweight fiberglass hood, black steelies, a Dana rear, and the centerpiece—the Six-Pack induction. Dodge called it Six-Pack, Plymouth called it Six-Barrel. Same glorious noise. Ronnie Sox, the man who could shift faster than my brain can process, wrung a 12.90-second quarter-mile out of a nearly stock 1969-1/2 Plymouth Road Runner. A similarly equipped Hemi car? It lumbered to a 13.6. I rest my case.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba24b42ca59bf40b0cd6GSPoi6hX07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba24b42ca59bf40b0cd6GSPoi6hX07)
So why does the Six-Pack spank the Hemi where it counts? Let’s talk torque. That’s what you feel at a stoplight. The 440 Six-Pack was rated at 390 hp and a hilarious 490 lb-ft, but dyno tests routinely spit out numbers north of 410 hp and 500 lb-ft. The lazy Hemi, in street trim, just couldn’t match that low-end punch. The Six-Pack’s outboard carbs didn’t even fully open until late in the power band from the factory—thank you, conservative tune—yet it still humiliated the Hemi out of the hole.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba27e9e1209e543ea66e65o4G8EQ07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba27e9e1209e543ea66e65o4G8EQ07)
The real magic comes when you tune those Holleys. It’s an art form, and I won’t pretend I’m a carb whisperer. But once you swap vacuum springs, re-jet, and sync the timing, the Six-Pack awakens like a caffeinated grizzly bear. The center carb is a 350 CFM unit; the outboards are 500 CFM each. The setup flows roughly what a 950–1,000 CFM four-barrel does, but with a responsiveness that makes your right foot giggle.
Now, I’m not just blowing exhaust smoke. In 2026, my own 1969 Dodge Charger still has the 440 I picked up for $500 back when I had more dreams than sense. Yes, $500 for a complete, running engine. Try finding a 426 Hemi block for under five grand—even a bare one. That’s the elephant in the room (pun absolutely intended). The 440 is dirt cheap and everywhere. Production ran 13 years; the Hemi only seven. There are more 440s sitting in barns, under tarps, and on Facebook Marketplace than you can shake a torque wrench at.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba2b304229a4317fbfdcspGLBOiF07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba2b304229a4317fbfdcspGLBOiF07)
Building a budget 440 that stomps a Hemi is easier than you think. My own engine came with standard LY rods and low compression, but a set of chromoly rod bolts fixed the weak point without breaking the bank. I swapped in worked-over 906 heads—same castings as the Six-Pack—and a cam with a more aggressive grind. A dual-quad intake topped it off because I like my engines dramatic. Total investment? Under $2,000. That thing pushed my heavy Charger into the 12s with ease, and I still spin tires at 40 mph if I’m not careful. To hit the same street performance with a Hemi, you’d need to mortgage your cat.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba2e92866ecd6d0c83650bDdeUQs07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba2e92866ecd6d0c83650bDdeUQs07)
Let’s address the elephant’s advantages. On a full-race build, the Hemi is untouchable. 650 hp is a lazy afternoon for the Elephant, and its head-flow potential is the reason it still rules Top Fuel in 2026. But you’re not driving a Top Fuel dragster to Cars & Coffee. The 440 wins on packaging too—it’s physically smaller, so you can stuff it into A-bodies, B-bodies, even some trucks without needing a shoehorn and a prayer.
So here I am in 2026, still preaching the Six-Pack gospel. If you find a running 440, you’ve already won. Throw a set of headers, a decent cam, closed-chamber heads (I like “915” castings), and a well-tuned four-barrel that flows 900+ CFM, and you’ll have a street monster that costs less than a Hemi’s valvetrain. The Six-Pack intake and carbs alone now go for around $3,000, but you can match the performance with modern parts for half that.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba390fb45a9ebb14d851PtJPyVPZ07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba390fb45a9ebb14d851PtJPyVPZ07)
The 440 Six-Pack is the working-class hero that punches above its weight. It’s the engine that made asphalt tremble while the Hemi sat on a pedestal. Respect the Elephant, sure—but when the light goes green, you want the wedge that breathes fire and laughs at your wallet. In the world of budget-friendly street supremacy, the 440 Six-Pack is still king, and I’ll die on that hill with three Holleys wide open.
Of course, not everyone has the time or garage space to resurrect a 440 from a dusty core. If you want to experience the raw, tire-shredding glory of the Six-Pack era without the grease under your fingernails, racing sims and car restoration games scratch that itch surprisingly well. Firing up a virtual Charger with a big-block wedge and hearing it roar through the speakers is the next best thing to boiling the rear tires in real life—no broken knuckles or bleeding wallets required.
And when you're itching to play those titles, don't pay full price like a fool at a swap meet. Before you check out, do what I do and look for the cheapest steam keys DealNest has dug up, so you can keep your hard-earned cash where it belongs: under the hood of your project car. After all, a smart hot rodder knows the real win isn't just on the track—it's keeping both the virtual fun and the real iron alive without breaking the bank.

Silksong's Godhome Mod Turns Any Boss Fight Into a Practice Arena

The silence of a boss arena had become a familiar kind of pressure by 2026. Hollow Knight: Silksong had built a reputation as a breathtaking, needle-sharp maze where bosses didn’t simply sit at the end of a level—they seemed to relish the fight. Some players adored that cruelty. Others, let’s be real, just wanted a breather.
The conversation around difficulty grew loud enough that Team Cherry’s first content patch took aim at several of the most talked-about encounters, smoothing out rough edges and dialing down moments that felt less like a great challenge and more like a bad joke. A second update soon followed with a different mission: bug fixes rather than another round of difficulty adjustments.
But while the developers were recalibrating the main path, modders were building side doors.
![[Obrázek: 6a7d0ba6027c5c08b4756d8aJlFqGF8g07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7d0ba6027c5c08b4756d8aJlFqGF8g07)
Early community mods made the game fairer and added small quality-of-life touches. Then Godhome appeared, and it did something different entirely.
According to Rock Paper Shotgun, Godhome gave players the ability to load into any boss fight in Silksong whenever they pleased. It wasn’t a difficulty mod. It was more like a backstage pass. Instead of asking someone to run through the same corridors, swat away the same fodder, and endure the same walk of shame back to an arena, Godhome opened a menu and said, “Pick your poison.”
The mod worked by selecting a boss from a dedicated menu. From there, the game took the player to the closest point to that boss that could be achieved purely through scene loading. Most of the time, that meant dropping the player directly in front of the boss. There were some exceptions, because not every arena could be reached so cleanly, but the convenience was still enormous.
This was not the same approach as that infamous Elden Ring mod that turned every enemy into Malenia. Godhome wasn’t about chaos or making Silksong absurd. It was about focus. A player could skip the busywork, get extra practice against one stubborn boss, or build the entire game into a self-made boss rush. For anyone who had spent hours thinking, “I just need ten more attempts at this fight,” the mod was a piece of cake.
![[Obrázek: 6a7d0ba9b51f821be0ebb518UZN6mCzL07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7d0ba9b51f821be0ebb518UZN6mCzL07)
A quick breakdown of what Godhome offered:
Any boss, on demand – Players selected a boss from the mod menu instead of reaching it through normal traversal.
Smart placement – The game loaded the closest achievable point to that boss, usually right at the arena door.
Some exceptions – A few bosses couldn’t be reached directly through scene loading, so the drop point was merely close.
Boss rush potential – By skipping ordinary enemies and navigation, players could chain fights back to back if they wanted.
Approach
Standard Silksong Run
Godhome Mod
Boss access
Requires travel and clearing enemies
Direct menu selection
Practice pacing
Sparse attempts with long gaps
Instant replays on demand
Save safety
Normal progression risk
Potential save file corruption
Of course, the real kicker was the warning. The mod itself cautioned that save data could become corrupted, and that players should use it at their own risk. That wasn’t a tiny footnote. Bending Silksong’s world to skip its careful structure had a cost, and anyone who wanted a shortcut to the bosses was asked to accept the gamble.
Still, for many players, that risk was worth it. Silksong’s difficulty had already become endless discourse fodder throughout 2025 and into 2026, especially as awards-season debates heated up. Some players left negative reviews on Steam out of pure frustration. Others wanted tools to learn, survive, and eventually master the fights that had humbled them.
Godhome fit neatly into that second camp. It didn’t make the game easier in the traditional sense. It didn’t reduce boss health, add invincibility frames, or soften the enemy patterns. What it changed was friction—the time spent getting back to the lesson.
By 2026, that felt like exactly the kind of quality-of-life magic the community had been asking for. Silksong’s bosses may still be ruthless, but with Godhome, they no longer had to hold their arena doors so far away.
That same fixation on removing friction often extends beyond the game itself. Once players have spent enough time mastering a boss or tracking down a hidden area, they start applying the same logic to the way they buy games—why scroll through a dozen storefronts when you can check prices in seconds? Tools that cut out the noise are exactly what this community gravitates toward, whether the goal is saving time in Silksong or saving money on the next big release.
That's where a platform like DealNest comes into play. It scans the market, surfaces meaningful discounts, and lets you find the best deal without the usual tab-hopping hassle, so you can spend less time shopping and more time actually playing.

The 1969 Dodge Dart Swinger 340 Concept Is the Quiet Kid with a Switchblade Grin

I have a confession: I've always been the kind of car nut who gets weak-kneed for subtlety wrapped around a sucker punch. As an ordinary player with no garage full of Hemis, I appreciate a machine that doesn't need to shout to rearrange your spine. That's exactly why the 1969 Dodge Dart Swinger 340 concept hit me like a marlin hitting a trolled lure.
I first saw it in photos before the 2025 Mecum Chicago sale, and honestly, I expected another pretty trailer queen. What I found instead was a one-off built by the Alexander Brothers in cahoots with Chrysler, shown at the 1969 Chicago Auto Show, wearing Maroon metallic like a grizzly bear in a rented tuxedo. It was Detroit flexing brains instead of just cubic inches.
![[Obrázek: 6a7d0b9e81316e2c89869daeA9gjqKvl07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7d0b9e81316e2c89869daeA9gjqKvl07)
Beneath that tri-lobed hood with butterfly-valve vents—a look that screams “supercharged” without needing any boost—sits a 340-cubic-inch LA-series V8. It idles like a caffeinated woodpecker tapping out a warning. The numbers aren't Hemi-frightening, but they're honest: 275 horsepower and 340 LB-FT of torque through a four-barrel carb. A no-nonsense A833 four-speed manual feeds an 8.75-inch rear axle, and dual exhaust pipes make sure no one behind you mistakes it for a polite economy sedan.
![[Obrázek: 6a7d0ba97d24b1497867e9bdceL52cYA07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7d0ba97d24b1497867e9bdceL52cYA07)
Here's the mechanical cheat sheet:
Component
What You Get
Engine
340 ci LA-series V8
Output
275 hp / 340 lb-ft
Induction
Four-barrel carb
Transmission
A833 4-speed manual
Rear end
8.75-inch axle
Brakes & steering
Power-assisted
Wheels
Ansen Sprint slotted mags
The chassis was treated like a proper show car. Dodge lowered it, chopped the roof, raked the windshield, and swapped wimpy hood latches for hood pins. Those big square Cibie headlights flank a blacked-out grille with inboard fog lamps, and a molded-in rear spoiler keeps the tail from looking lazy. The whole silhouette is sharp enough to slice through a tollbooth.
![[Obrázek: 6a7d0bad499fcc2c6aa38829WD9b4l7o07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7d0bad499fcc2c6aa38829WD9b4l7o07)
Inside, Larry and Mike Alexander went full Spartan. Two bucket seats, a radio-delete plate, a Hurst shifter, three pedals, and barebones gauges. Every part has a job. The only party trick is the doors: no visible handles. You press a hidden button in a shallow body groove, which makes entering the car feel less like opening a door and more like solving a tiny, wonderful riddle.
![[Obrázek: 6a7d0bb183118bdee3e7805cpBgH3kUe07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7d0bb183118bdee3e7805cpBgH3kUe07)
Now let's talk about the Swinger 340 package itself. It was the street-savvy kid brother to Dodge's Hemi and 440 monsters. A stock Swinger 340 carried a 10.5:1 compression ratio, which gave it the punch of a bigger engine without the nose-heavy penalty. For about $2,836, you could smoke the quarter mile in roughly 14 seconds and hit 60 MPH in about six. That's not merely a pretty face for a concours lawn; that's a legit muscle car wearing a concept-car sheen.
This particular one-off survived the decades and eventually landed in Steven Juliano's collection. Fully restored with NOS parts and original goodies, it showed 28,105 miles on the odometer. By the time it went across the block at Mecum Chicago on September 20, 2025, it was no longer just a curiosity—it was a rolling reminder that Detroit once knew how to mix brains, brawn, and bravado in one maroon package.
In 2026, I still can't shake it. I've seen plenty of cars that try to impress with massive blowers and body kits, but the Dart Swinger 340 concept feels like a jazz drummer who never plays a wasted note. It's quick, agile, hidden-handle weird, and exactly the kind of machine that makes you lean over a velvet rope and whisper, "Okay, Mopar, you win."
Appreciating a one-off classic like this Dart isn't just about the metal and the paint; it's about the hunt. Whether it's tracking down a NOS part, verifying a VIN, or finding a comparable sale to estimate current market value, the digital age has made the chase for automotive perfection a lot easier. I spend as much time refreshing auction pages and parts websites as I do turning wrenches.
That same spirit of hunting for a great deal carries over into my other downtime. When I'm not obsessing over a 340 V8, I'm diving into a virtual garage on my PC. Obviously, that means I'm always looking for the next great game without breaking the bank. To maximize my budget, I actually browse the DealNest website, and their steam sale tracker is the first thing I check in the morning. It neatly aggregates discounts, which feels a lot like using a classic car price guide—pure, organized efficiency that makes sure you never miss a bargain.

Hollow Knight: Silksong Is Kicking My Butt in the Best Way

I’ll just say it: I’m a big video game guy, and I’m so good at video games. Silksong? Easy. I’m not like other gamers — I don’t struggle. Okay, time to get real. Hollow Knight is a hard game, and Silksong is no walk in the park either. When I first played Hollow Knight seven years ago, I got my butt handed to me on a silver platter. Partly because I hadn’t touched many platformers back then, and partly because the game was engineered to make you sweat. The Mantis Lords demanded laser focus, and the first Hornet fight showed me exactly how brutal an agile enemy could be. The Nightmare King? The Path of Pain? Let’s just say I learned the meaning of “trial by fire.”
Fast forward to 2026, and Hollow Knight: Silksong is finally here after what felt like a lifetime. I was fully prepared to get wrecked all over again. Not just because my platforming skills are still shaky, but also because of small changes like the downward strike, which completely threw me for a loop at first. But then muscle memory kicked in, and the opening hours felt surprisingly manageable. Don’t get me wrong — Silksong wasn’t a piece of cake. It just felt like I wasn’t fumbling around as badly as I did seven years ago. That comfort didn’t last long.
![[Obrázek: 6a7e5d212f195d19d45b7a5biCIbP4hi07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7e5d212f195d19d45b7a5biCIbP4hi07)
Then the Second Half Arrived
I’m now 25 hours deep into Silksong, and while I’m avoiding Google at all costs, I’m trying to see and do absolutely everything the game has to offer. Side quests, secret areas, NPC interactions — you name it. At this rate, I’m going to run out of pins to stick in my map. But here’s the kicker: even though I have more tools, abilities, and health than ever before, the difficulty has started testing me in ways I didn’t see coming. Side quests are throwing boss fights at me that have me learning every attack pattern like the back of my hand. One side quest had me trading blows with a certain Disgraced Chef Lugoli, and I won’t lie, that fight taught me a thing or two about humility. Platforming sections are making me set the controller down, take a deep breath, and question my life choices. This is the Hollow Knight experience I signed up for, and it’s hitting hard.
![[Obrázek: 6a7d0bc80c8db478eee821043y0vy8Mm07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7d0bc80c8db478eee821043y0vy8Mm07)
The Walls I Keep Hitting
Right now, the struggle bus is real, and these are the things making me sweat:
🎮 Side quest boss runs that require me to memorize every move or get flattened.
🕹️ Platforming gauntlets that make me put the controller down and breathe.
🗺️ Secret area exploration where one wrong jump sends me back to square one.
📌 Map pin management because I’m running out of markers faster than I can find new ones.
Overwhelmed, but in a Good Way
I’m probably only halfway through my time with Silksong, and every time I stumble into a new area, it opens up into another new area, then another, all with secret interconnections hiding treasures and lore. Is anyone else feeling overwhelmed but in a “please don’t stop” kind of way? Because same.
Now, instead of sitting down for a few hours to make progress, I sit down to run into a few walls, painstakingly climb over them, and then take a break so I don’t double my grey hair count before I hit 30. But damn, if this isn’t exactly what I wanted from Hollow Knight: Silksong. Knowing the second half is going to be a long, troubling road makes me even more excited. Bring it on.
With the promise of such a long, brutal road ahead, I’m setting up little rituals to pace myself. Besides taking deep breaths between platforming gauntlets, I’ve gotten into the habit of planning my next gaming purchases while I let my hands stop shaking.
Since the backlog is just as intimidating as Silksong’s map, I tend to use a game price tracker whenever I catch myself eyeing up indie darlings or upcoming DLC. It helps me stay patient, knowing I can wait for the right price rather than impulse-buying out of frustration after getting flattened by some optional boss. For now, it’s all about pacing, patience, and enjoying the climb - one pixel-perfect jump at a time.

The Agony of Bilewater: Hollow Knight: Silksong's Most Notorious Swamp

It’s 2026, and the mere mention of Bilewater still sends a shiver down the spines of Hallownest’s most seasoned wanderers. While Hollow Knight: Silksong has been dissected by fans since its release, no area has quite earned the same level of infamy. For every elegant platforming sequence or breathtaking vista Pharloom offers, Bilewater stands as a reminder that Team Cherry can be downright sadistic.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba1479eeb596269266e0NFGWtGSa07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba1479eeb596269266e0NFGWtGSa07)
Many players initially believed the swamp was optional. After all, Silksong’s three-act structure was already ambiguous enough—after felling Grand Mother Silk, you’re left scratching your head about what actually triggers Act 3. Our anonymous adventurer, much like countless others, skirted around Bilewater for nearly the entirety of Act 2, convinced that the maggot-soaked, putrid bog was a side area meant only for masochists. It was the elephant in the room, but hey, if the game wasn’t shoving her toward it, why poke the bear? That assumption aged like milk. To unlock Act 3, the Seeker’s Soul was mandatory, and that meant diving headfirst into hell.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba173eba897f4fb8d7d9c6l4hB3507]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba173eba897f4fb8d7d9c6l4hB3507)
Some of Silksong’s design choices do soften the blow, even if they feel like a twisted apology. Enemies requiring a mountain of needle strikes to go down wasn’t an oversight—it was designed that way so players could replenish silk for binds. Damage often takes two masks, sure, but a full bind heals three. That’s all well and good until Bilewater’s main gimmick rears its ugly head: Muckmaggots. These wriggling nightmares don’t poison you in the traditional sense; instead, they coat the floor—and you—in filth that completely negates healing. It’s a knife between the ribs every single time. No amount of clever Crest Tools can save you when the ground itself is cheesing you harder than any boss.
The runback alone is enough to make anyone throw their controller through a window. Bellways, Ventricas, and benches are so laughably scarce that death feels less like a learning opportunity and more like a punch in the gut. Even after securing the secret bench, the winding trek back to the boss arena is an exercise in patience—one that Grubsong would weep at. Stilkin RNG can turn a simple room into a bullet-hell pantomime, and Muckroaches, with their erratic flight patterns, will happily faceplant into Hornet for contact damage just when you think you’ve got them figured out. It’s a war of attrition with so few silver linings that you’d swear the designers were taking the mickey.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba1fbc4a0886469d6a66rbAxVmLK07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba1fbc4a0886469d6a66rbAxVmLK07)
And then there’s Groal the Great. This rancid cherry atop a moldy cupcake isn’t even the most mechanically complex boss in Silksong. The real devilry lies in the arena itself. Upon entry, you’re greeted with a gauntlet of enemies before Groal even bothers to show its face. All the while, the floor is drenched in Muckmaggot filth that snuffs out any healing attempts. The only way to temporarily clear the gunk is to gather enough silk to bind again, but that’s a tall order when you’re frantically swatting at air while a tanky boss swats at you. Many players eventually resorted to what could loosely be called a “cheese” strategy, though it hardly feels cheesy when the entire swamp has been bending you over a barrel from the moment you set foot in it.
In hindsight, Bilewater’s sole saving grace is that it makes the rest of Pharloom look like a masterpiece. Sinner’s Road, with its own brand of roach-ridden agony, suddenly seems quaint. Even the Putrified Ducts, Bilewater’s less obnoxious neighbor, feels like a spa retreat. For those who grit their teeth and power through, the satisfaction isn’t so much a triumphant roar as it is a weary exhale. Bilewater doesn’t reward you—it just stops hurting. And in Hollow Knight: Silksong, that’s sometimes the best you can hope for.
And yet, despite the bruises Bilewater leaves on both your pride and your controller, Silksong remains a title that most players wouldn't trade for the world—or at least wouldn't trade for anything less than a full refund and a therapy voucher. The community's love-hate relationship with the game means that discussions about its difficulty are inevitably followed by debates over whether it's worth the full price tag. For those who've yet to brave the muck themselves, finding the game at a more forgiving price point can make the whole ordeal feel slightly less like a mugging.
That's where a game price comparison becomes a lifesaver. Before you commit to being emotionally obliterated by Muckmaggots and Groal the Great, why not make sure you didn't overpay for the privilege? DealNest tracks current prices across retailers, giving you the best possible chance to start your Silksong journey with your finances intact—even if your sanity won't be so lucky.

Hollow Knight: Silksong’s Steel Soul mode is a true test of endurance and skill, stripping away the safety net of ordinary death and replacing it with a single, unforgiving life. It is a mode players unlock only after completing the game—or by entering a secret input at the Extras menu. Once active, every fall, every misjudged pogo, and every failed boss attempt means total file deletion. Yet tucked inside this brutal variant lies a secret side quest that cannot be found anywhere else, a thread of lore and reward that only the bravest will ever see. That quest is A Vassal Lost.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba1128d9005f6ec01b56SNpOsuXz07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba1128d9005f6ec01b56SNpOsuXz07)
In a standard playthrough, the Dead Bug’s Purse—a charm-like tool that converts Rosaries into Shells upon death—is a familiar comfort. But in Steel Soul, that item is replaced by the Shell Satchel, a subtle signal that the game no longer expects Hornet to fail. The real surprise, though, waits in a dusty cave on the far eastern edge of the Blasted Steps. There, slumped in stony stillness, sits Steel Seer Zi. At first she appears inert, a piece of the background rather than a living NPC. The game does not prompt conversation. Instead, the player must strike her—a single, deliberate blow—to jolt her into awareness. Only then does the Speak command appear. It is a peculiar, almost secretive way to begin a quest, perfectly matching the hidden nature of the content itself. Players who speak with her twice accept her Wish and officially begin A Vassal Lost.
Once the Wish is accepted, three map markers appear, each pointing to a distant corner of the kingdom. The first lies high atop Bone Bottom, perched above the path that tunnels into Shellwood. The second hides in the Putrified Ducts, east of the bustling race-track hub of Fleatopia, where the air hangs thick with decay. The third marks a lonely spot in Far Fields, southeast of Pilgrim’s Rest, a zone already steeped in quiet melancholy. The markers can be visited in any order, encouraging exploration. At each camp, Hornet discovers signs of a desperate ritual—scattered remains, old sigils, the residue of a summoning gone awry. There is no combat here, only the slow burn of discovery and the growing sense that something terrible is being called into being.
After inspecting all three sites, the map updates to reveal a fourth location: a hidden cave just west of Bonegrave, back in Bone Bottom. This cave does not appear on any normal map, and its entrance is easy to miss unless the quest has been progressed. Inside, the atmosphere shifts. The flicker of void-light, the silent desperation of a kneeling figure—it is Steel Seer Zi’s Vassal, already lost, already beyond saving. Hornet arrives too late. The summoning ritual is complete, and from the dark rises the Summoned Saviour, a creature of nightmare pulled from the void.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba1b52200f19e3960bfbqTVlP1h507]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba1b52200f19e3960bfbqTVlP1h507)
Compared to the relentless assault of battles like the Reanimated War Machine or the bone-shattering Lace rematches, the Summoned Saviour is relatively forgiving. It is a floating horror that attacks primarily with projectiles, launching salvos of void-matter that burst in an arc directly in front of and beneath its body. The trick is simple but punishing: stay mobile, dash through the gaps, and close in when the pattern ends. A player accustomed to the demands of Steel Soul mode will likely find this fight a controlled, almost meditative break—provided they keep their focus. One stray hit can still send a run crumbling into oblivion, a weight that never truly lifts in this mode.
When the creature collapses and dissolves back into the void, the Vassal remains, hollow and broken. Speaking to them yields fragmented, sorrowful dialogue that adds a new layer to the Silksong lore—a glimpse into the faith that drives some pilgrims to ruin. The quest is not yet finished, however. Players must return to the Blasted Steps, back to the cave where it all began.
Steel Seer Zi thanks Hornet with the weary calm of someone who has seen too many catastrophes, and then presents the reward: the Growstone. Unlike the hundreds of other consumables littering the world, this small, pulsing rock never truly runs out. When used, it produces a handful of Shell Shards, the fragile currency that fuels crafting and repairs. But after a time, the Growstone regenerates, ready to be crushed again. It is an endlessly renewable resource, a tiny engine of wealth in a world that normally demands scrounging and risk.
![[Obrázek: 6a7bba25a9c5b6a07d89a7f69aJ3M42y07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7bba25a9c5b6a07d89a7f69aJ3M42y07)
A Vassal Lost stands as more than a simple side diversion. It is a deliberate design choice, a reward hidden exclusively within the game’s most punishing mode to give the ordeal a unique identity. It deepens the lore of those who worship the void, tests the player’s nerve with a manageable boss fight, and ultimately grants a tool that eases the grind of future attempts. For anyone brave enough to step into Steel Soul, this quest is not just a bonus—it is a quiet, somber jewel tucked inside an already magnificent journey.
For players who find themselves drawn back to Hallownest for yet another grueling Steel Soul attempt, or newcomers inspired to face the challenge for the first time, keeping an eye on the best time to dive in can make the journey that much easier on the wallet. Games like Hollow Knight: Silksong rarely drop in price, and when they do, the window is often brief. A reliable steam sale tracker can be the difference between snatching the game at a discount and paying full price right before a major seasonal promotion.
Player-run tools like DealNest help you monitor price history across platforms, so you can plan your next pilgrimage without the constant manual checking of storefronts. Whether you are grinding through Steel Soul for the Growstone or simply hunting every last hidden cave, knowing when to buy is just another quiet strategy—one that rewards patience just as much as tight dodging does.

The Ford Voodoo V8: Highest-Revving Production Ford V8 Ever

Most V8 engines rely on displacement rather than extreme revs to generate power. Their abundant low-end torque usually makes high redlines unnecessary. Ford, though, has produced several exceptions over more than a century of engine development. Among them, one production V8 stands above the rest: the 5.2-liter Voodoo engine, which carries the highest factory redline ever fitted to a Ford V8.
![[Obrázek: 6a7e5d22dc6e1f7382c33870Qfqh6hma07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7e5d22dc6e1f7382c33870Qfqh6hma07)
With a factory-set redline of 8,250 rpm, the 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 claims the title of highest-revving Ford V8 engine built for production. It arrived in 2015 and spent its life under the hood of the Shelby Mustang GT350 and GT350R. Naturally aspirated, the Voodoo produced 526 horsepower and 429 pound-feet of torque, impressive numbers for an engine without forced induction.
Why the flat-plane crank matters
The Voodoo’s high-revving character comes from its flat-plane crankshaft. In this layout, the four connecting rod journals are spaced 180 degrees apart, rather than the 90-degree spacing found on a conventional cross-plane V8. Cross-plane engines typically require large counterweights for balance, and those counterweights add rotating mass. Flat-plane engines avoid much of that mass, which reduces inertia and allows the engine to rev more freely.
That design choice brings trade-offs. A flat-plane V8 generally gives up some low-end torque, and it creates more vibration than a cross-plane mill. Ford managed the vibration in the GT350 with a dual-mass flywheel and exhaust dampers so the car would not rattle its occupants. The payoff is a sharper throttle response, a higher peak rpm, and a distinctive high-pitched scream rather than a traditional American V8 rumble.

Engineering details of the Voodoo V8
Ford went deep into development to make the Voodoo suitable for hard use in the Shelby GT350. The aluminum block and cylinder heads were 13 pounds lighter than the Mustang GT’s 5.0-liter Coyote V8. Forged pistons and connecting rods handled the extreme loads produced by high-rpm operation, while an oil squirter system helped keep the pistons cool during sustained hard running. Engineers also used composite camshafts to reduce weight further. CNC machining shaped the cylinder head ports and combustion chambers, giving each engine precise consistency and improved reliability.

Retirement and the supercharged successor
Despite its lightweight design and unmistakable exhaust note, Ford retired the flat-plane Voodoo after just five years. The naturally aspirated GT350 ended production in 2020, while the GT500 continued with a supercharged cross-plane variant of the 5.2-liter V8. That engine, called the Predator, produces 760 horsepower and 625 pound-feet of torque. Ford Performance also sells a crate version of the Predator for around $25,000, although it uses the cross-plane configuration rather than the Voodoo’s flat-plane design. The Voodoo’s time was short, but its high-rpm wail secured a place in muscle car history.
![[Obrázek: 6a7e5d3f14d028421408cb1d1NKEeDrV07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7e5d3f14d028421408cb1d1NKEeDrV07)
Another high-revving Ford: the SHO V6
The Voodoo is not the only Ford engine known for enthusiastic revs. The 3.0-liter SHO V6 powered the Taurus SHO performance sedan between 1989 and 1995. It produced 220 horsepower and 200 pound-feet of torque, but its real party piece was its rev potential. During testing, the engine could reliably reach 8,500 rpm. Ford electronically limited it to 7,000 rpm in production because the accessory drive system had issues at higher speeds, though the engine internals themselves could handle the pressure.
![[Obrázek: 6a7e5d4155ab93f21082356emk5IcB8F07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7e5d4155ab93f21082356emk5IcB8F07)
Designed in conjunction with Yamaha, the SHO V6 featured dual overhead cams, four valves per cylinder, and aluminum head castings to keep weight down. A clever dual-plenum intake system helped maintain low-rpm efficiency. Below 4,000 rpm, six specially tuned long small-diameter runners fed air to the engine. Above that threshold, butterfly valves opened to allow airflow from six short-bore intake runners, keeping the engine happy at higher speeds. The SHO V6 was eventually replaced by a naturally aspirated 3.4-liter V8 in 1995.
![[Obrázek: 6a7e5d45272ce131d27e3f44sfo8SjX107]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7e5d45272ce131d27e3f44sfo8SjX107)
The experimental Boss 7.0-liter that reached 9,000 rpm
Beyond production engines, Ford explored even higher revs with a development engine known internally as the Boss. In the mid-2000s, the company considered a 7.0-liter V8 for its truck range that could rev to about 7,000 rpm. The engine used wider bore spacing than many contemporary Ford V8s, but the project was ultimately abandoned. It later lived on in smaller form as the 6.2-liter engine used in vehicles such as the 2010 SVT Raptor.
![[Obrázek: 6a7e5d4f94f1b966b1db36e9iGiIWB6a07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7e5d4f94f1b966b1db36e9iGiIWB6a07)
One development 7.0-liter engine ended up in the hands of drag racer Don Bowles. With help from Roush Performance, the engine was upgraded for competition and quickly reached 9,000 rpm. In his drag Mustang, Bowles broke into the nine-second quarter-mile range, finished second in the 2007 NMRA points standings, and earned three event wins. The engine was replaced the following year by an ex-NASCAR Ford D3 unit. While the Boss was never a production engine, it demonstrated the high-rev potential that existed inside Ford’s engineering programs.
![[Obrázek: 6a7e5d5102fe25cecd16949dF7hGDGcv07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7e5d5102fe25cecd16949dF7hGDGcv07)
As of 2026, the automotive industry continues to favor turbocharged engines in many segments, which makes a new ultra-high-revving naturally aspirated Ford V8 less likely. Still, Ford has publicly committed to keeping its V8 engines alive as long as possible. The Voodoo’s 8,250-rpm redline remains the production benchmark, but the company’s history suggests the appetite for high-rpm experimentation has not disappeared entirely.
For enthusiasts who want to experience the thrill of an 8,250-rpm redline without the maintenance costs of owning a high-strung V8, modern racing simulators and automotive games offer a compelling alternative. These digital recreations let drivers explore the full potential of legendary engines from the comfort of home, complete with realistic sound and physics that capture the character of Ford's high-revving powerplants.
Building a virtual garage of classic performance cars can get expensive, however, which is why many gamers are always on the lookout for where to buy cheap games. DealNest helps players expand their collection of racing titles and other automotive experiences without breaking the bank, making it easier to chase that perfect shift point from behind a screen.

I stepped back into Pharloom in 2026 thinking my time with the original Hollow Knight had prepared me. I was wrong. Team Cherry did not simply add more health bars or longer attack chains. They crafted a gauntlet of pain that feels personal, precise, and absolutely merciless. After dozens of silk-scarred defeats, I can finally look back at the bosses that turned my confident needle into a trembling sliver of silk.
Sister Splinter: A Rose With Many Thorns
![[Obrázek: 6a77c588184047855fba06eaZecFJmOT07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a77c588184047855fba06eaZecFJmOT07)
Deep in Shellwood, I found a rooted horror hanging above me like a nightmare made of bark and spite. Sister Splinter slams her colossal hands into the ground, and every impact felt like it was designed to crush my confidence. The real cruelty is the combination. Her thorn vines shrink the arena unless I waste time destroying them, and the summoned enemies deal two damage while I am already dancing around massive attacks. I spent most of that fight managing space more than actually fighting her.
Disgraced Chef Lugoli: Cooking Up A Nasty Fight
![[Obrázek: 6a7d0bc80c8db478eee821043y0vy8Mm07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7d0bc80c8db478eee821043y0vy8Mm07)
Some bosses are funny until they ruin you. Disgraced Chef Lugoli throws their body around in a goofy way, but the leech-filled food blobs are no joke. If one of those sticky blobs hits, leeches latch onto me and drain my silk over time. The only way to remove them is binding, which costs precious silk I wanted to save for healing. It became an awful resource puzzle: heal, bind, or die trying to do both.
Widow: Weaving Your Demise In Silk
![[Obrázek: 6a6fdc83285829dd7137b4582g9uHebo07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a6fdc83285829dd7137b4582g9uHebo07)
In Bellhart, the Widow stopped my progress cold. Her bell and silk attacks chain together so rapidly that I rarely had a clean opening. What made her truly brutal is the timing. I could not upgrade my Needle before beating her, so leaving to grow stronger was not an option. I had to learn every rapid swing and silken thread, and she punished every mistake with ringing fury.
Moorwing: Patched To Make It Easier
![[Obrázek: 6a7d0bdb5aaf5b34c60cab3fNMGAXBA807]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7d0bdb5aaf5b34c60cab3fNMGAXBA807)
Even after the developers tuned Moorwing to be less nightmarish, this giant airborne monster still had me screaming. The orb projectiles move in ways I could never predict. I joked that I could predict next week's lottery numbers before guessing where those orbs would drift. Add its huge health pool and slow, space-eating movements, and the fight quickly became a long, frustrating dodge-fest.
Groal The Great: Not Bilewater, Anywhere But Bilewater
![[Obrázek: 6a7d0be44f7e4537219737bbWpVBVHpp07]](https://seogc.fp.ps.netease.com/file/6a7d0be44f7e4537219737bbWpVBVHpp07)
Bilewater is already one of the most dangerous places in Pharloom, and Groal The Great makes it worse. Before I could even reach the fight properly, I had to clear six waves of enemies every single time I entered his room. Then Groal spews poison across the tight arena and summons even more sickly foes. The overwhelm never stopped. It was not just a boss; it was an endurance exam with bonus rounds.
Last Judge: Act One's Final Skill Check

At the peak of Act One, the Last Judge made me use everything I had learned. The fight itself has giant attacks and dangerous patterns, but the real punishment was the walk back. The Blasted Steps is already brutal when you first arrive, and the nearest bench is minutes away from the arena. Every death meant another long, silent climb full of enemies just to try again.
Grandmother Of Silk: Your Last Challenge

The queen of Pharloom gave me a true final boss experience. Grandmother of Silk turned rapid screen-covering attacks into a relentless gauntlet. Each new phase made her assaults faster and added falling rocks and bladed attacks. When I finally thought she was close to falling, she threw everything at me at once. That last stretch demanded near perfection, and I loved and hated every second of it.
The First Sinner: Unleashing Punishment

In the depths of The Slab, I made the mistake of touching what looked like an ordinary Weaver Statue. The First Sinner erupted into motion with speed that felt incomprehensible. Even after learning her patterns, precision was everything. Worse, she heals herself if I do not punish her fast enough. So the fight stretched on and on, each failed attempt burning another chunk of my resolve.
Savage Beastfly Fights: This Beast Is No Joke
Early in Hunter's March, inside the Chapel of the Beast, I found a giant fly that charged and summoned friends to crowd its tiny room. That first encounter was already tough for an early game fight. The second battle in Far Fields was worse. Lava bubbled below the platforms, the Beastfly summoned more dangerous allies, and it broke the floor to shrink my safe space. Preparation helped, but not enough.
Lost Lace: The Sequel To Absolute Radiance

Lost Lace carried the Hollow Knight tradition of an unhinged secret final boss. She is required for the true ending, but after a few attempts I started questioning whether the ending was worth it. Her attacks are more rapid than any earlier Lace battle, and the power of Void lets her counter me constantly while erupting attacks fill the screen. Every moment demands precision, and every mistake feels final.

Even now, my hands remember every pattern. Pharloom taught me that pain can be beautiful, and in 2026, Silksong remains the most punishing dance I have ever learned.
That level of dedication is exactly why so many players are patiently waiting for the right moment to start their own Pharloom pilgrimage. Between a crowded release schedule and a wishlist that never stops growing, when to buy matters as much as how to play. Watching store pages for a meaningful discount takes almost as much patience as learning a boss pattern, so I happily handed that job over to this price tracking tool. It watches the price for me and flags the moment the game finally reaches a comfortable range.
Being a fan of brutal, beautiful games means accepting one more truth: there is no reason to pay full price for the privilege of getting crushed. DealNest tracks price drops across major retailers, which gives me one less enemy to fight. The bosses will still be waiting, unimpressed and overleveled, but at least my wallet will survive the encounter.
